Our collective team brings sector-focused investment experience in the industrial end-market, having completed over 20 transactions totaling $2 billion in enterprise value. The firm is led by Amrit Bedi, who grew up working in a blue-collar family business started by his grandfather. These formative experiences taught him the importance of integrity, hard work, and treating others with respect. The broader Winterford team includes entrepreneurs who have built businesses from scratch and successfully sold those companies to financial and strategic buyers. Our experiences in family-owned businesses and in entrepreneurship provide us with unique perspectives and humility in partnering with founder/family-owned businesses.
