Amrit Bedi

Managing Partner

Amrit blends together experiences across private equity, general management, and strategy consulting. Prior to founding Winterford Capital, Amrit served as an investor at Prime Capital, an operationally-focused middle-market investment arm of a large New York-based alternative asset firm. His experience includes buyouts, value creation, and realization of investments. Earlier in his career, Amrit served as general manager at a high-growth industrial portfolio company where he was responsible for leading three business divisions.

Amrit earned degrees in Aerospace Engineering and in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He resides in Houston, TX and enjoys running and watching sports.
